I’m not the biggest fan of AI because AI didn’t write the original $300k ad (I did).

Nonetheless, I ran the template in Claude (just for fun) and told it to write an ad for a weight loss supplement selling to women over 40. Just a random example.

This is with no attached PDFs and no further “context” other than the template itself.

AND, I used the Sonnet model (not Opus). Again, just for fun and see what it spits out.

I think it’s not terrible (for what you can expect from a template).

And for something that literally took 12 seconds to produce, again, without any edits.

This is coming from someone who doesn’t “love” AI (for copy and writing ads), btw.

Be that as it may…

I still believe the ad has potential for any DTC brand running direct response.

(If you switch to an *actual* unique mechanism and bring the script to life with great video editing and compelling “emotionally speaking” visuals.)

And:

I’m sure you already have a bunch of research documents and PDFs with your target market, their pain points, their desires, various mechanisms, testimonials, and so on…

You know, more context about your brand and offer.
